Each company is different, therefore I always recommend starting with a detailed analysis in general of the organization before working in each of the functional areas, such as: accounting and bookkeeping; being one of the most important in your company and where your work will really be reflected. For this, it is important to have all the records of entries and exits organized and which must coincide with your statement or bank statement in order to achieve a reconciliation, which is necessary to carry out monthly.<\/p>\n

Likewise, regardless of the method you use to complete the bookkeeping, it is important that it be updated daily in the accounting system; because otherwise you will never know if your company is making a profit or not.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

You may be wondering and what is bookkeeping? Bookkeeping is the systematic recording and organization of financial transactions in a company, some of the financial transactions include: billing for goods or services, recording receipts, vendor invoices, employee pay, and reporting. government, etc.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n
